Farrer & Co | Benjamin Pass, Trainee Solicitor

Ben is currently a second year trainee. He has undertaken seats in Farrer & Co's Contentious Trusts and Private Client and Charity & Community teams.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben participated on the Japanese Education and Teaching Programme for two years and obtained funding to study and volunteer for a civil rights organisation in Bolivia. He has interned with the Human Dignity Trust, worked as researcher to a former Attorney General and member of the House of Lords, and as senior caseworker to a former minister and prominent backbench Member of Parliament.

  • Ben studied Law with European Legal Systems at the University of East Anglia and Universiteit Leiden.

    Ben enjoys participating in his local community and serves as a trustee of a social enterprise providing skills, training and work experience to the long-term unemployed. He also volunteers at the Mary Ward Legal Centre.
