In addition to this, Francesca also deals with transfers of equity and property management.

Rural work includes transfers of part and deeds of variation of restrictive covenants.

Francesca also deals with the property management of a large property development in Notting Hill, London, as well as acting for both lenders and borrowers in high-value secured lending transactions.
