Her practice encompasses claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputed estate administrations, trust disputes, challenges to the validity of wills and claims of undue influence.

In addition, Georgina regularly advises clients and their families on issues involving the Court of Protection in relation to the property and financial affairs of individuals who lack mental capacity to make decisions. Georgina has considerable experience in contested Court of Protection proceedings, both bringing and opposing applications, including disputed deputyship applications and removal applications.
