Josh provides advice to financial services firms including asset managers, wealth managers, private banks, and fund managers on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues.
As part of his practice, Josh advises on various issues across the financial services sector, including regulatory perimeter questions, the application of FCA and PRA rules and guidance, consumer credit, change in control applications, the implications of Brexit and regulatory change more generally in the financial services industry.
Josh has a particular interest in emerging technologies including crypto, digital assets, decentralised finance, and AI. Prior to joining Farrer & Co, Josh trained at a magic circle firm and also spent time at a blockchain startup.
