Lise is an Associate in the Employment team and advises employers and employees on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Her clients include businesses, charities, schools, and senior individuals.

Lise advises clients across a broad range of industry sectors on all aspects of employment law, including employment litigation, investigations, recruitment, terminations, and settlement agreements. She has worked on matters before the Employment Tribunal, the First Tier Tribunal and the High Court. Lise also advises schools on issues relating to staff, pupils, and parents.

Lise is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and regularly writes for the Worklife blog. She volunteers for the Mary Ward Legal Advice Centre and also works with Aspiring Solicitors as a professional ambassador for the firm.

Lise qualified as a solicitor in September 2022 after completing her training contract at Farrer & Co. Prior to joining the firm, Lise worked for several years as a management consultant, assisting a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors.
