Natalie specialises in advising high net worth clients on residential property sales and purchases. She delivers a personal and attentive service to clients and appreciates the value of strong communication and working collaboratively, which is central to her approach.

Natalie is an associate in the Residential Property and Secured Lending team and has a range of experience acting for individuals, property businesses, family offices and also some of the leading private banks in relation high value property sales and purchases and refinancing.

As well as sales, purchases and property financing Natalie works closely with her colleagues in the Private Client and Family teams to deal with property matters in relation to tax planning and matrimonial matters.

By their nature residential property transactions can be emotional and notoriously stressful. Natalie is acutely aware of these challenges and focuses on minimising the strain on clients by sensitively dealing with matters as swiftly and calmly as possible.

Natalie qualified as a solicitor in 2012 having trained at a small firm in the West End specialising in residential property in prime central London. Building on her experience of dealing with private clients she enjoys working collaboratively with the other parts of Farrer & Co and drawing on the wealth of expertise available to provide a thorough and thoughtful service to her clients.

    • Acting for a private bank on the refinancing of a £90 million home being redeveloped in Mayfair.
    • Working with a property finder and some delightful offshore clients to purchase the "perfect pied-a-terre" in Chelsea.
