Rosanna Taylor

Rosanna advises private companies, private capital investors and high net worth individuals across a number of sectors, including fintech, real estate and leisure on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations and governance. Rosanna has experience advising on UK centred transactions as well as those with a cross border element particularly with European and US counterparties.

Rosanna’s particular focus is advising on corporate real estate and has advised on a number of significant transactions in both the commercial and residential real estate sectors. Rosanna’s advice focuses on the following key areas: high value residential property (particularly in prime central London), film studios, hotels and leisure, data centres, and assisted living/seniors living.

Rosanna is known for her pragmatic and collaborative working style and enjoys working closely with clients to help them achieve their business and commercial aims.
