    • Ongoing advice in relation to the delivery of the Poundbury development in Dorset, the flagship urban extension of His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales. The scheme involves unique design and sustainability criteria and is widely recognised as a successful alternative development model for urban extensions. Recent work has included the completion of development agreements relating to the next phase of the development, involving the delivery of approximately 350 private and affordable units.

    • Advising on the sale of Strutt & Parker to BNP Paribas, specifically with regard to the assignment of a portfolio of 52 leasehold interests. These interests had to be transferred within a specific period of time, conducting simultaneous negotiations with a large number of landlords.

    • The renewal of three high value leases in a prime central London building to a leading hedge fund, with related wholesale redevelopment works. Again, the matter involved tight deadlines, stepped completions as to works, and funding complexities.
