Adam advises both lender and borrower clients on all aspects of domestic and international financing transactions with a particular focus on property and development finance.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam studied a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and investment at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. Having graduated, he completed the GDL and the LPC at BPP Law School in London.
