Alice works hard to help clients achieve the best possible result on a wide range of family matters, including divorce, financial remedy and issues relating to children.

Alice joined the Family Department as an associate in November 2017 after qualifying as a solicitor in 2013.

Clients seek her advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious family matters, often with an international element. These include divorce, complex financial disputes on divorce or relationship breakdown, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation.

Alice also advises clients in relation to private children law issues, including Section 8 orders and Schedule 1 claims and, in particular, application for leave to remove a child, both internally within the UK and externally, from the jurisdiction.

Alice has experience of litigation at all levels, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. She has also advised and assisted on cases utilising alternative forms of dispute resolution, most notably arbitration.

Alice is a member of Resolution and YResolution.

Alice wrote a case commentary for the UK Supreme Court Blog on Sharland v Sharland [2015] UKSC 60.

Notable cases which Alice has advised on include Re B (Children) [2015] EWCA Civ 1302.
