Ayisha’s work for employers spans the full range of advisory and contentious employment matters. This includes disciplinary and grievance processes, performance management, investigations, redundancies, advising on and drafting staff handbooks, TUPE and restructures and much more.

She has significant experience litigating complex and high-profile disputes in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, High Court and resolving disputes via alternative dispute resolution, including mediation.

Ayisha is a passionate advocate for equality and diversity across the board, both inside and outside of the workplace.
