Caroline has many years’ experience in creating, adapting and troubleshooting English and international trusts and in advising trustees and beneficiaries. She also assists clients in dealing with complex succession issues in English and cross-border deceased estates.

Caroline has carried out a general trusts and estates counsel role for a number of wealthy families and family offices. In doing so, she has been able to identify other areas where legal advice would add value, and to lead and integrate the firm’s contribution. Clients appreciate her sympathetic and constructive approach.

Caroline was a partner in the firm’s Private Client department until May 2018. She now acts in a senior advisory capacity while remaining actively involved with the firm’s practice.

Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 1977.
