Charlie advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trusts and institutions across a broad range of international and domestic private client issues.
Charlie’s work includes advising on the creation and administration of trust structures (both English and international jurisdictions), succession and estate planning (including drafting Wills and letters of wishes) and personal tax advice (for both UK and non-UK individuals). He also has experience in probate matters and capacity initiatives, including Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection.
Charlie qualified as a solicitor in 2018.
