Charlie advises private businesses and those investing in, acquiring, and exiting them – as well as providing advice around matters of ongoing governance.
Charlie has a particular focus advising owner-managed businesses and their shareholders throughout their lifecycle and on exit.
He also has an extensive knowledge of the regulated M&A sector, acting for sellers and buyers of regulated entities.
Charlie is listed as a key adviser on M&A from £10m - £100m by Legal500. He joined Farrer & Co after beginning his career with Slaughter and May, including spending six months in their Hong Kong office
