Charlotte specialises in corporate law, with a particular focus on disposals, acquisitions, reorganisation, investments and corporate advisory work.
Charlotte has acted on both the buy-side and sell-side on M&A transactions. She has a wealth of cross border experience and has acted for clients such as financial institutions, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, large corporates, private businesses, and investors across a range of sectors.
Charlotte also advises on corporate reorganisations, such as pre-sale carve outs. She similarly advises on general corporate governance matters, such as shareholder arrangements, share schemes, directors’ duties and board procedures.
Charlotte is commercially focused and collaborative, and strives to build lasting relationships with her clients.
Prior to joining Farrer & Co, Charlotte began her career at a magic circle firm.
