Christina Tennant

Christina has many years' experience in investment, development, real estate finance, landlord and tenant work and asset management. She has acted for a variety of clients, including institutional investors, pension funds, developers, strategic land companies, corporate occupiers and charities.

Christina leads the training and knowledge management for the Commercial Property team. She trains the lawyers in new law and practice, develops and manages the team’s template documents and knowhow database, answers legal queries and assists with knowledge sharing and resources across the wider Property team and the firm.

Memberships & Accolades

Christina is particularly interested in using technology to increase efficiencies and the quality of service for clients. She is a member of the firm’s generative AI working group. 

Christina is actively involved in various industry working groups and writes regularly for client and industry publications. She has a specific interest in sustainability issues.

As the Government strives to meet its ambitious housing targets and spur economic growth, placemaking and legacy developments are facilitating the delivery of much needed, high-quality housing and mixed use and commercial developments.
