Constance Gillespie

Constance has a broad litigation practice with a particular focus on commercial disputes and media and information law.
She regularly advises both individuals and organisations on issues including privacy, harassment, defamation, data protection, and contentious intellectual property. She has a particular interest in pre-publication matters and regularly works with clients to navigate reputational and regulatory risks before content is published.
Constance joined Farrer & Co as a trainee in 2023. During her legal training, Constance was awarded Gray’s Inn’s most prestigious scholarship, the David Karmel Award, as well as City Law School’s Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Constance qualified and was admitted as a solicitor in 2025.
