Felicity's practice encompasses a broad spectrum of contentious trust, probate, and private wealth matters, often with international and multi-jurisdictional elements. These include disputes relating to the validity of wills, the administration of trusts, the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, professional negligence and tax. Felicity has experience of supporting clients who are engaged in litigation throughout the court process and in reaching out-of-court solutions through alternative dispute resolution methods.
