Her experience includes advising on matters relating to the management, protection and commercialisation of IP rights, a range of commercial contracts and data protection issues.

Genna has a long-standing interest in the arts, having previously worked in a modern art gallery. With a commercial background, Genna advises on a wide range of transactional art-related matters for collectors, dealers, art advisers and galleries, including acquisitions and sales; consignments; exhibitions; artwork commissions; and advisory / intermediary arrangements. Genna is a member of the Art Lawyers’ Association.

Genna advises schools on their terms and conditions (parent contracts), fee-related issues and issues which arise where relationships with parents have broken down. Genna also helps schools with international collaborations and expansion projects.

Genna has experience advising charities, other not-for-profit organisations, museums and galleries – with a particular focus on commercial contracts and regulatory issues.
