Genna advises a range of clients including privately owned companies, educational institutions, charities and not-for-profits. Her experience includes advising on matters relating to the management, protection and commercialisation of IP rights, a range of commercial contracts and data protection issues.

Genna advises schools on their terms and conditions (parent contracts), fee-related issues and issues which arise where relationships with parents have broken down. Genna also helps schools with international collaborations and expansion projects.

Charities and Cultural Organisations

Genna has experience advising charities, other not-for-profit organisations, museums and galleries – with a particular focus on commercial contracts and regulatory issues.

Private Businesses

Genna advises private businesses on their B2C and B2B contracts and on consumer law. Genna helps businesses manage, protect and exploit their intellectual property rights, and also advises on data protection matters, including subject access requests and compliance.
