Harry is an Associate in the Rural Property team. He has developed a varied practice advising charities, corporates, schools and individuals on their property needs.

Harry’s recent experience includes:

  • acting on the purchase and sales of agricultural property, woodland and estates;
  • drafting and negotiating business leases for commercial units; and
  • negotiating easements granting utility companies the right to lay service media over agricultural land.

Harry has experience in a wide range of commercial, agricultural and residential matters. He also advises on adverse possession claims, mineral rights and sporting rights.

Harry works collaboratively with other members of the firm, including private client and tax specialists, to achieve the best outcome for his clients.

Harry qualified as a solicitor in 2019.
