Heather is an Associate in the Residential Property and Secured Lending team. She is experienced in the prime central London market dealing with all aspects of residential property work for both domestic and international clients.
Heather acts for high net worth individuals, private companies, trusts and private banks. Her work involves a wide range of transactional and advisory matters including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property and secured lending transactions on behalf of both borrowers and lenders.
Heather ensures that her clients’ interests and objectives are put first, and she understands the importance of clear and regular communication in terms of progressing transactions and building successful relationships.
