Holly has over a decade of experience advising charities in both private practice and in-house. She combines technical expertise in charity law with hands-on experience to deliver pragmatic, tailored advice.

Holly's practice focuses on helping charities navigate complex legal and governance challenges, including trustee decision-making, corporate structuring, serious incident reporting, and other regulatory engagement.

Before joining Farrer & Co, Holly served as Legal Counsel at Save the Children International, advising on high-risk programming, humanitarian operations, and legal compliance in over 60 countries. She also benefitted from internal secondments at Save the Children to leadership roles in risk management, including during the scale-up of humanitarian operations in Ukraine.

Holly is an experienced charity trustee, having contributed to strategic planning, fundraising, and board leadership. She is committed to supporting organisations that deliver public benefit and ensuring they receive technically excellent advice that is always sensitive to their operating realities.
