Isabelle is an Associate in the Contentious Trusts and Estates team. She acts for a wide range of clients, including high-net worth individuals, families and businesses.
Isabelle is developing a broad practice within trust, will and estate disputes. She has experience advising beneficiaries, trustees and protectors in complex and high value trust and probate matters, which often have an international dimension. Recent cases that Isabelle has been involved in include claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, estate and administration disputes, rectification claims, professional negligence cases and disputes involving high value international trusts.
Isabelle trained at Farrer & Co and qualified into the Contentious Trusts and Estates team in September 2022. Prior to this, Isabelle studied Law at the University of Bristol and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University.
