Jehad advises states, embassies, individuals and companies on sensitive and complex ligation and dispute prevention and resolution. He has experience acting for governments and defending foreign states from claims in the English courts and in arbitration proceedings internationally.

Jehad has acted for numerous states in major matters, including the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and other governments in the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean. He has also acted for several UK Government departments and agencies including the Crown Prosecution Service, His Majesty's Revenue and Customs and The Department for Trade and Industry.

Jehad has particular expertise in the field of state immunity and consular law, and regularly provides comment on legal developments in these areas to international news outlets such as The Times and The Legal Gazette.

Jehad has extensive advocacy experience and provides training to lawyers on advocacy skills in arbitration.  He also regularly works with embassies and diplomats to ensure awareness of the latest legal developments. He provides clients with fast and reliable support in emergency situations.

Jehad qualified as an English barrister in 2008 and was called to the bar of the Cayman Islands in 2015 (non-practising).
