Jennifer is an experienced lawyer, specialising in employment and work health and safety law. She has global experience advising clients across the UK, USA and APAC on the full range of workplace and regulatory matters with a particular focus on safety, social governance, regulatory compliance, due diligence and workplace investigations.
Jennifer has a strong practice advising clients on the intersection of employment and safety, in particular advising on the rise of psychosocial health and safety duties in the workplace, workplace investigations into misconduct and discrimination, whistle-blower reports and managing ill and injured workers. This experience gives her an edge working on crisis response, conducting due diligence on major transactions and advising Boards and executives on their obligations and developments across all aspects of the employment relationship.
Jennifer has extensive experience in advising international clients and is known for providing practical, commercial and sensitive advice. Often a first point of contact for clients following employment issues, she has provided advice on the full range of employment issues from hiring, performance management, policy reviews and disciplinary actions.
On the contentious side, Jennifer also has experience in advocacy and advisory work on litigious matters for clients in the education, financial and construction sectors. She has also appeared in public inquiries regarding allegations of corruption in public office.
Qualified in Australia in 2017, Jennifer brings with her international experience and exposure to matters and regularly contributes to pro-bono and community initiatives.
