With a strong focus on private funds, his clients operate predominantly in the private equity and venture capital space.
Jeremy is regularly involved in project managing the fund establishment process from its inception through to fund launch, preparing the pertinent documentation and coordinating with the relevant service providers as necessary. He also frequently acts for investors in connection with fund document due diligence reviews, side letter drafting and related commercial negotiations.
