Kya provides advice to financial services firms, including, asset managers, wealth managers, private banks, and charitable institutions on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues.
Kya's work has included advising clients on the implications of Brexit, the application of FCA rules and guidance, the application of MiFID II and the AIFMD, and reviewing documentation in light of regulatory changes.
In her previous role, Kya worked as in-house counsel supporting the UK, US and Irish offices of an asset manager specialising in credit investments.
