Laura is an Associate in the Rural Property team and has experience in agricultural property-related matters with commercial and residential aspects. Laura has acted on behalf of private individuals, charities, farming companies and institutional clients.
Laura advises on a broad range of rural property matters, including the sale and purchase of agricultural property, land and estates. She has experience drafting and negotiating agricultural and business leases, as well as advising on utility easements and wayleaves, first registrations and restrictive covenants.
Laura qualified as a solicitor in 2023 and, prior to joining Farrers, worked as a planning solicitor at a City firm, where she advised on a range of planning matters.
