Lewis advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including public and private M&A, private capital transactions, equity capital markets transactions and general corporate advisory work.

Lewis acts for a range of clients across a variety of sectors on complex and often cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Farrer & Co, Lewis trained and qualified at Slaughter and May, where he spent seven years gaining experience on a number of high-profile matters. His experience includes advising on headline transactions such as Diageo’s disposals of Guinness Ghana Breweries and East African Breweries, and GSK’s demerger of its consumer healthcare business to form Haleon.

Lewis is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
