Liz advises employers and senior individuals in contentious and non-contentious employment matters. She has a broad range of experience across investigations, disciplinary concerns, contractual and policy reviews and all aspects of employment litigation.

As part of her advisory practice, Liz supports clients with day-to-day employment issues including disciplinary and grievance matters, performance management, and drafting and reviewing documents such as employment contracts and policies. When acting for employers, she works closely with external experts, including counsel and HR investigators.

In her contentious practice, Liz has worked on matters before the Employment Tribunal and the Commercial Court of the High Court, as well as engaging in pre-litigation mediation.

Liz enjoys regularly contributing to pro bono work and other community initiatives. Prior to moving to the UK and requalifying, Liz qualified in Australia in 2019 and worked at a major international firm.
