Drawing on his background as a solicitor and his experience in legal innovation, Oliver acts as a bridge between legal, IT and KL&D teams, ensuring that innovation supports client needs.

Oliver’s practice focuses on measurable impact and helping the firm and its clients use innovation and artificial intelligence in a practical way. He works with fee earners to implement strategies that improve lawyer efficiency and matter delivery while preserving quality and professional judgement.

Oliver leads on the evaluation and implementation of legal technology. His work includes identifying use cases, piloting solutions with practice groups and turning successful pilots into scalable firmwide capabilities.

Oliver also advises on the governance, risk and change management aspects of AI adoption. He helps the firm develop policies, training and safeguards so that new tools are used responsibly and in line with regulatory and professional obligations.
