Perihan Tur

Perihan is a career changer with a diverse background in heritage, education, and international development. Prior to starting her training contract, she worked as a legal advisor at a tech start-up and a paralegal at a boutique family law firm in Las Vegas, in-house at a multinational corporation, and in the Corporate team at Farrer & Co.

Perihan holds undergraduate degrees in Archaeology and International Relations from Boston University and earned an MA in Cultural Heritage Studies from University College London’s Institute of Archaeology. Since transitioning into law, she has completed the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and an LLM in Legal Practice at the University of Law.

Perihan has a multicultural background and international perspective. During her undergraduate studies, she studied abroad five times, setting a record. One of those programs involved studying on a ship and circumnavigating the globe, stopping in 13 countries. She participated in heritage projects in Turkey, Greece, Spain, and the USA and served in the United States Peace Corps in Jamaica. Perihan is also a member of the Executive Board of a charity that provides grants for development projects in Jamaica.
