Piers advises on the sale and acquisition of high value residential property, particularly in prime central London. His clients include individuals, trusts, investment companies, and lenders taking security over property.
His previous experience includes advising high net worth individuals on acquisitions and disposals of property, often in transactions which are time sensitive. Piers has also acted for developers both at the land acquisition and new build stages, and those looking to refurbish existing properties.
He has been instructed on several country house purchases, particularly in his native West Country.
Piers is an excellent communicator and likes to work collaboratively with both clients and other property professionals in order to ensure each transaction is concluded in the required timeframe.
