Robert Aherne
Associate
Robert is an Associate in the Rural Property team. He has experience in a wide variety of property-related matters with agricultural, commercial and residential aspects. Robert has acted on behalf of both private and institutional clients.
Robert’s experience includes:
- Sales and purchases of agricultural property, with additional commercial and residential considerations;
- Secured lending matters; and
- Drafting and negotiating lease documentation relating for both agricultural and commercial units
Robert has also advised on utility easements and wayleaves, sporting rights, adverse possession claims and first registrations.
Robert works with colleagues across the firm in order to support clients who have needs that span across a variety of practice areas and specialisms.
