He is experienced in supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of development projects, from initial structuring and procurement through to completion.
Sam regularly advises on procurement routes appropriate to different project types and risk profiles, and has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction documentation. This includes JCT and NEC forms of contract, professional team appointments, collateral warranties and bonds. He also advises on the construction law elements of real estate transactions and funding arrangements, ensuring that construction risk is appropriately managed and aligned with the wider commercial objectives of each transaction.
