Sandra Smythe

As Head of Knowledge Management, Sandra is responsible for delivering the firm’s knowledge strategy and managing the firm’s knowledge management systems and processes, core KM team and the Library and Information service. She ensures we provide a consistent, high quality and efficient service for our clients. Sandra has a wealth of experience in legal tech projects, adoption and ongoing governance and management and process improvement.

Sandra enjoys working in the firm’s collaborative and open atmosphere and feels a strong affiliation with the firm’s values. She is passionate about continuous development and improving pathways into the knowledge and information profession. She is currently co-chair of the Library, Information and Knowledge Professional higher level apprenticeship trailblazer group and sits as a council member of the British and Irish Association of Law Librarians.
