Prior to joining the firm, Scott worked in the charity and education sectors on projects supporting young people into university. Scott worked for a charity based in an all-through school in West London and subsequently led the delivery of the flagship widening participation programme at a Russell Group University in London.

Scott studied Law at the University of Cambridge and then for a master’s degree in Education Policy at UCL, before completing the LPC at the University of Law. Outside of work, Scott volunteers as a secondary school governor and a trustee for a multi-academy trust based in the North West of England.
