Tom is a corporate lawyer who advises individuals, families and businesses on both transactional and advisory matters.

Tom has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and general corporate governance issues. His matters often have a cross-border element.

Tom has acted for a range of private businesses and corporates, including owner-managed and family-owned businesses. He also has experience in the regulated M&A sector and has advised regulated entities on a number of transactions.

Prior to joining Farrer & Co, Tom trained and qualified as a solicitor at a Big Four accountancy firm.
