Tori is an experienced solicitor specialising in employment law, industrial relations, and work health and safety. She has extensive international experience advising clients in both private and public sectors across the UK, the Americas and the Asia-Pacific region on a broad spectrum of employment and trade union matters.
Tori has a strong background in court and tribunal advocacy, with particular experience in disputes involving unfair dismissal, discrimination, and regulatory prosecutions. She is highly skilled at instructing counsel and preparing complex court documentation.
Qualified in Australia, Tori brings valuable insight into international employment law, including advising on significant legislative changes following governmental transitions. She regularly advises on issues such as negotiating collective bargaining agreements, managing disciplinary and grievance investigations, and guiding clients through regulatory inquiries.
Having worked in both private practice and in-house roles, Tori delivers pragmatic, commercially focused advice tailored to client needs.
Tori joined Farrer & Co in 2025, having qualified as a solicitor in Australia in 2018. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
