Employment Agencies - new Regulations

The Government has published the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses (Amendment) Regulations 2016 which will come into force in May. The aim of the amended Regulations is to reduce certain regulatory burdens on employment agencies and businesses and make provision in relation to recruitment advertising outside Great Britain.
