Commercial Property Newsletter: Spotlight on Development September 2017

News

Default-News-Image

Welcome to the September edition of our newsletter on all matters affecting the property development industry.

"Well my deliberate opinion is – it's a jolly strange world".

So wrote Arnold Bennett in "The Title: A Comedy in Three Acts". It is not clear whether the world is involved in a comedy currently and, if so, which act is playing, but political and economic events suggest almost daily that the world is indeed very strange and beyond parody.

In contrast, therefore, our newsletter focusses as usual on matters of every day practical importance to property developers. We include short articles on exemption clauses and professional negligence. In addition we take a longer look at the important issue of risk to developers arising from contaminated land.
