Farrer & Co advises the shareholders of ALTURiX Holdings Limited on the sale of ALTURiX to Kelso Pharma

ALTURiX, a pharmaceutical business based in Milton Keynes, supplies branded specialty medicines in a range of therapeutic areas, with the aim of providing patient benefit and reducing the cost burden to the NHS. Kelso, a UK-headquartered pharmaceutical business, focuses on bringing innovative medicines to European healthcare markets and is backed by Apposite Capital, a fund specialising in healthcare investments.

Commenting on the support provided by the Farrer & Co team, Co-Founders Simon Clough and Lak Sahota said:
