Farrer & Co is pleased to support London International Disputes Week 2026 (LIDW), returning for its seventh year, from 1–5 June 2026.

This year's theme, 'Tradition, trust and transformation in international dispute resolution', explores how the sector continues to evolve while remaining grounded in the enduring strength of London's legal institutions.

It highlights the balance between long-established principles, the importance of stability in uncertain times, and the transformative innovations reshaping global dispute resolution.

We will be hosting three events during the week, each offering practical insights into emerging trends and evolving risks.

Claire Gordon, Amy Radnor and Edward Floyd of our Family team, together with Hannah Davie and Ami Sweeney of Grant Thornton, will examine the English Family Court's approach to offshore trusts, cross-border enforcement, and the risk of a financial claim being brought in England following an overseas divorce.

  • Time: 2.00pm–3.30pm
