Leading independent law firm Farrer & Co is delighted to have advised Inspera, a leading provider of digital assessment solutions, on its acquisition of Graide, the sector-leading AI-assisted marking and feedback platform.

The acquisition, which completed in June 2026, demonstrates Farrer & Co's strength representing private-capital backed platforms and showcases our expertise in the EdTech sector.
