The future of offices: Nigel Mapp, MAPP

Podcast

future of offices hero

Offices and office spaces have seen a steady change in functionality and design over the last decade, with new entrants to the market offering flexibility, collaborative workspaces and relaxed surroundings. This trend was developed and shaped by the likes of Google and other large corporates and major landowners, typically favouring glass buildings and sustainable modern interiors. The global pandemic has further disrupted the office world in the short-term and, in the medium- to long-term, asked businesses some searching questions the answers to which may challenge the very existence of offices as we know them.

In the second of our three-part podcast series, Mark Gauguier, Head of our Commercial Property team talks to Nigel Mapp, founder of MAPP property management specialists, on his views on the future of offices.
