Chloe provides advice to clients from a variety of sectors on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Chloe represents both Respondent organisations and individual Claimants (including union backed Claimants) in the Employment Tribunal and has assisted clients with a range of claims including unfair dismissal claims (with employment status disputes) and discrimination claims.
Chloe is part of the investigations core team at the firm and advises on complex internal workplace investigations including disciplinary and grievance processes as well as conducting external investigations for clients.
Chloe has particular experience in the Independent Schools sector and advises on general HR issues, parental complaints and pupil issues including highly sensitive safeguarding issues, which have attracted media attention.
Chloe qualified in September 2020.
