Hannah supports senior executives and employers from entry to exit, tailoring her technical and commercial advice to help clients achieve their objectives.

Hannah combines empathy with a pragmatic approach to guide senior executives through complex employment law issues. Her expertise includes negotiating employment contracts and exit terms, advising during investigations and misconduct processes, complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims and advice relating to team moves and post-termination restrictions. Hannah has advised LLP members from a range of sectors in relation to restrictive covenants and team moves, partner discrimination and rights of expulsion.

Hannah is also experienced in providing commercial advice to employers on a range of HR matters including disciplinary processes, grievances, settlement agreements, redundancies, TUPE and restructures.

She has extensive litigation experience, acting for both senior executives and employers in high-value and complex claims, including in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal, advising on claims including whistleblowing, discrimination, and unfair and wrongful dismissal.

By representing both senior executives and employers on a daily basis, Hannah leverages her unique insights to negotiate exits and disputes effectively, always considering her clients' short and long-term interests.
