As an associate in the commercial real estate team, Henry acts in relation to a wide range of commercial real estate matters including investment, development and portfolio management on behalf of private, corporate and institutional clients.

Henry always aims to work closely with clients, understanding both their business and the nature of the property asset in order to provide considered, pragmatic and commercial advice in order to reach a successful conclusion.

Henry is an associate in the Farrer & Co Commercial Real Estate team.

Henry is experienced in acting in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters including investment sales and acquisitions, development transactions, insolvency matters, portfolio management, all aspects of landlord and tenant work and corporate M&A transactions.

Henry acts for clients including international and institutional investors and banks, corporate occupiers, administrators, property businesses, private individuals, charities and livery companies across all real estate asset classes.

Henry takes great satisfaction from working closely alongside clients on transactions from initial conception through to execution and completion. He assists on commercial matters as well as legal technical issues as a result of developing a clear understanding of the client's motivations and a close working relationship with them.

Henry very much enjoys working alongside technically excellent and commercially minded lawyers from different practice areas in Farrers. This enables clients to receive the necessary advice and support to ensure that the best possible result is obtained.
