Hoi-Yee is a Knowledge Lawyer in the dispute resolution team. As an experienced litigator and author of legal guidance, Hoi-Yee is well placed to keep the team up to date with developments in dispute resolution. In addition, Hoi-Yee regularly contributes to client briefings and legal journals.
When in practice, Hoi-Yee advised on high value commercial disputes including High Court litigation and international arbitration. She acted for clients in the insurance, construction and retail industries with the work taking her to Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Hoi-Yee is a member of the Consulting Editorial Board for LexisPSL Dispute Resolution.
Hoi-Yee qualified as a solicitor in 2002.
