Lucy is a senior associate in the Disputes team. She acts for both claimants and defendants, and advises on all stages of the litigation process from pre-action through to trial. She assists with settlement options where appropriate in order to achieve the most desirable and commercial outcome for clients.

Lucy advises businesses, institutions and high-net-worth individuals on resolving high-value and complex commercial disputes, often with a cross-border element.

Lucy has a broad commercial litigation practice which includes matters such as contract disputes, professional negligence claims and civil fraud. She also has a particular interest in disputes involving intellectual property, with experience advising on trade mark infringement and passing off claims, copyright disputes and issues arising out of the use of Generative AI. Her practice also focuses on the technology sector, and she regularly deals with disputes about technology outsourcing and software licences.

Lucy has worked in a range of sectors including sport, private wealth, betting and gaming, retail, hotels and leisure, and education (where she advises independent schools on a range of contentious matters such as disputes with suppliers or parents).
